XxRootBeerxX Banned

Some kid named swstiglitch3 banned me cause i told him off and i think he had admin status but if you read the other thread you know why i did because he griefed and tried to kill me he doesnt deserve admin... and something should be done thanks and hopefully i get unbanned

Tped to player for chatting about useing tnt, or telling somone else not to use tnt.
He started being disrespectful.
The player was kicked for beign disrespectful around 5:00pm est.
The player came back in around 5:10pm est
He came back and continued being respectful.
I warned him to stop.
He did not and was banned after previously mentioned warning kick.
Would like unbann if promised to show respect to mods in the future.
The fact that I have been here from the begining of the server, and he is the first ban and even kick should show what attitude and disrespect he gave.

So then why did you blast me and drugs_smell with arrows.. you tped to us and did that so your an abuser you dont deserve admin bro you never told me why you tped or anything i never asked for you so you had no right to do so nice abuse...

I was not there for any of this, so I'm not going to say anything positive or negative. What I will do, however, is put together a timeline as I understand things to have happened based entirely on what I've seen posted.

1- XxRootBeerxX talks about using TNT
2- (these in uncertain order) swstiglich tp's into rootbeer's location, rootbeer is attacked by swstiglich in-game and survives the encounter, swstiglich believes rootbeer was being belligerent
3- rootbeer was kicked & logs back in
4- rootbeer is banned for disrespecting an admin
5- rootbeer protests the ban & claims he didn't believe swstiglich was an admin at the time. Rootbeer was under the impression swstiglich may have been a hacker posing as an admin.

At this time I would also like to point out that, to the best of my knowledge, swstiglich has at no previous time acted as an in-game admin since rootbeer has been on the server.

1.i told my friend not to use the tnt so it wouldnt ruin the walls
2. he tps to me (i ask him to go away) he leaves
3. i think i was saying he wasnt admin cause i didnt know
4. he tps to me again and attacks me and drugs_smell with a barrage of arrows and i kill him
5. he leaves.
6. went afk for a couple minutes came back and i was kicked.
7.got back into server and told swstiglitch3 off cause i thought he was maybe a hacker
8.he warns me to back off but as ill say again i didnt know he was an admin i thought he was a hacker
9. i get banned
10. i posted what happened

I would like to be unbanned.
